REVIEWS

Game reviews I've written for various sites which are too big to go on the blog.  They have appeared on www.frugalgaming.co.uk, www.popbucket.co.uk amongst others.  Just putting them here in case they get deleted off those other sites (which is bound to happen).

The Amazing Spider-Man

Reviewed on iPad

Bioware has taken all of the best components from the first instalment and repackaged and upgraded them for the return of Commander Shepard...

XBOX360 review

Set after the events of the movie, and as the tagline suggests, the storyline won’t be winning any BAFTA nominations but it manages to hold the attention by bringing into play some new enemies, scenarios and locales to battle across...

Asphalt 7: Heat

iPad review

The visually impressive ‘Heat’ is the seventh entry in the mobile series and the ninth overall in the best-selling Asphalt franchise.

The in-race tutorial quickly familiarises you with the controls. Acceleration takes care of itself, tapping the left side of the screen initiates the brake and drift, whilst a right tap fires the nitro. Tilting the device to the left or right steers your vehicle...
